We’re putting the finishing touches on our annual Summer Celebration. Come join us at Lehman’s in Kidron on Friday, July 13 and Saturday, July 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for more fun than you can shake a sucker stick at!
Alison Knight, Communications Specialist here at Lehman’s is one of the folks who has meticulously planned every detail of this extremely popular event. She’s relatively new to Lehman’s, having been with us less than a year, and has boundless enthusiasm and energy. She was gracious enough to share her thoughts on the event with Country Life–and give you a sneak preview of Summer Celebration activities.
CL: What do you think will be the most popular activity area, and why?
AK: We’re anticipating a lot of families with children to attend the event and I believe that the jump house is going to be a hit! Who doesn’t love a jumping around in an inflatable house with their friends and family?
 CL: If you were attending Summer Celebration as a Lehman’s guest, what area would most interest you?
AK: I’d be most interested in all of the demonstrations for the products, as well as the free samples. I think it’s great when vendors are able to demonstrate how each product works and can answer any questions that someone may have.
CL: Which family-friendly activity is your favorite and why?
AK: It’s not summertime to me unless there’s live music going on outdoors. I’m looking forward to watching the Modern Major Gentlemen from the Ohio Light Opera perform. I think their music is something that the whole family can enjoy–especially while eating grilled snacks and treats on the patio!
