Looking for fun events this February and March? Visit Lehman’s for homeschool classes, wood stove cooking classes and the popular Ladies Night Out on March 21. Did you know we have something special EVERY SINGLE SATURDAY throughout 2019? See you there!

February 9 (This Saturday!)
Wood Stove Cooking 2PM-3:30PM – $10
Get all your questions answered and see what it takes to cook on a wood cookstove from start to finish. In this hands-on class Amanda, Lehman’s own wood cookstove expert, will teach:

  • What type of wood to use when baking and heating the stove
  • How to build a fire and how to use the air controls to maintain the fire
  • The differences between various stoves and brands, their durability, and quality

Homeschool Days 9:30AM-11:30AM – $5Homeschool DaysLearn all about apples with hands-on activities and expert knowledge by Amy Murray. PLUS learn the science and history behind Aladdin lamps by Lehman’s own Mr. Chuck!

Farmer Boy: Past and Present -Homeschooling and homesteading mom, Karen Geiser and her 10-year-old son, Obie will share history and activities from Farmer Boy by Laura Ingalls Wilder along with adventures and projects of a modern farm boy. We will be churning butter, grinding wheat, learning about some of Obie’s farm projects, trying out spinning gourds and more. Click here to register.

Looking for a fun night of friends, food, and laughter? Join us at Ladies Night Out on March 21 for all this and more! Every attendee will receive a gift bag and a chance to win one of five great gift baskets. Take one of our distinct classes and taste your way through a delicious spread of some of our employee’s favorites. Don’t forget to stop by the photo booth to get a picture of you and your favorite gals! Grab your grandma, your mom, your best friends, or your daughter and join us for a fun and entertaining night out!
