- 2 tablespoons sugar – can be adjusted to taste
- 4 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 4 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2– 3 teaspoons ground red pepper – reduce to adjust heat
- 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight jar.
