- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 T butter
- 1–1/2 C. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 bag broccoli cuts
- 6 oz. fine noodles
- 1–1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions. In another pot, oil onions, broccoli and bouillon cubes. Cook until tender. Drain noodles and add to mixture. Stir in milk and then cheese cubes. Cook until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
