Turkey Burgers You’ll Actually Want To Eat

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Refrigerate 10 minutes, then form into 6-8 patties.
  3. Grill (or fry) several minutes on each side, about 20 minutes in all, or until well done.
  4. Insides will be whitish when done. S
  5. erve on buns with lettuce, tomato, pickles and your favorite condiments. Makes 6-8 patties.
