Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt

Topping

  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard (more if desired)
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix all your first set of ingredients together
  3. Mix topping and set to the side
  4. Form in loaf pan or round cast iron pan (I used Lehman’s 10″ cast iron skillet)
  5. Bake 70 minutes
  6. Add topping and bake another 15 minutes
