6 potatoes
Pulled pork cooked to your own preference
BBQ sauce of your choice
Optional toppings: chives, sour, cream, and shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Rub potatoes with olive oil and roll in salt. Bake at 400 degrees until tender (about one hour – time varies depending on the size of the potatoes).
- Top baked potatoes with cooked pulled pork and drizzle with your favorite sauce. Add desired toppings. (My family adds chives, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.)
Notes
For the pulled pork, you can prepare it however you like. I cooked mine in my Dutch oven with apple vinegar, chicken bouillon, water, garlic, salt and pepper until tender.
