  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. In a separate bowl or large measuring cup, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Pour mayonnaise mixture over vegetables; toss to coat.
  3. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.
