- 8 cups of water
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp grated ginger
Instructions
- Heat 2 cups of water in a small saucepan.
- Remove from heat and steep the ginger for 20 minutes.
- Strain out the ginger and mix in remaining sap (or water) and the apple cider vinegar.
- Enjoy at room temperature or chilled.
