Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

  • 20 crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 c. melted butter.


  • 18oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla


  • 1 – Can of Thank You Brand Cherries
  • 112 oz. Cool Whip Topping


  1. Preheat oven – 350 deg.
  2. Add the melted butter to the graham crackers. Place it in the bottom of the 9×13 dish. Pat down. Set it aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended.
  4. Pour over graham crackers and bake for 20 minutes or until top bounces back. Cool.
  5. Top with the can of cherries and then add the whip topping. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve.
