- 1 pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Combine eggs, cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
- Mix in cream, persimmon pulp, melted butter, and lemon.
- Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake until set and golden brown.
