- 1 tbsp Juniper berries
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
Work all of those herbs down to a fine powder and rub it on the next pheasant (or really, any kind of poultry) you get your hands on, and you’ll have one fragrant bird for the dinner table!
