Hot Chicken Sandwiches Recipe

Units Scale
  • 128 oz can Lehman’s Chicken and half of the broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 T butter
  • 110 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 to 3 cups crushed potato chips


  1. Sauté onion in 1 T butter.
  2. Add the chicken and half the broth and the soup.
  3. Heat over medium heat until hot.
  4. Add chips until you get desired consistency.
  5. Serve in buns.
