Allison’s Garden-Fresh Salsa

Bright, colorful, zesty fresh salsa with a bit of a kick to it!


Units Scale
  • 3 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced yellow pepper
  • 1 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro
  • 3 T. lime juice
  • 1/2 t. ground cumin
  • 4 t. minced jalapeno pepper (with seeds)
  • 1 diced habanero pepper
  • 1/2 t. sea salt
  • 1/2 t. black pepper


  1. Prepare all ingredients and mix together in a large bowl.
  2. Enjoy with sour cream and tortilla chips, or with your favorite Mexican dishes.


  • This fresh salsa keeps up to one week in the refrigerator.
