- 1 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Refrigerate 10 minutes, then form into 6-8 patties.
- Grill (or fry) several minutes on each side, about 20 minutes in all, or until well done.

- erve on buns with lettuce, tomato, pickles and your favorite condiments. Makes 6-8 patties.
