Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C. milk
- 2 large cans sweet potatoes, drained
TOPPING:
- 3/4 C. oats
- 3 T. flour
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 C. melted butter
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Mix first 6 ingredients with mixer.
- Grease baking dish and pour in.
- Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Put marshmallows on top and bake 5 more minutes.
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
