Ingredients

- 1 can peaches (32 oz), sliced (drained)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 T. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Place peaches on bottom of 9″ deep dish pie shell.
- Mix together milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Pour into pie shell over peaches.
- Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes, then bake at 350°F 40 to 50 minutes.
