Lehman’s May Daze: Saturday, May 5 10 am-3 pm
Kick off the month with our May Daze one-day sale and party. Save 10% to 25% on all in-stock grills and patio furniture at our Kidron retail store. Visit with our oil lamp, organic gardening and appliance experts. We’re introducing our brand-new, locally made Fire Pie Oven Company and Tuscan Chef pizza ovens too.
We haven’t forgotten the children either—check out Made in USA toys and games, create free make-it-and-take-it crafts. Face painters and balloons add to the carnival atmosphere.
The whole family will love free the food samples: fresh roasted peanuts, tasty treats fresh off the grill, local favorite Little Town Granola, and popcorn made in our exclusive popcorn poppers.
Save some time to browse our 42,000 square foot retail store too, packed full with fresh spring merchandise. Local band Honeytown, a crowd favorite, will perform throughout the day.
Antique Tractor Display: Saturday, May 12, 2012Â Â 10 am-4 pm
Antique tractors roll into Lehman’s back parking lot Saturday, May 12. The powerhouses of farming’s past will be on display, and their collector/owners are a storehouse of information about each and every one. Youngsters, bring your parents! This is one event families won’t want to miss.
Classic Bentley Gathering Saturday, May 19, 2012

If elegant roadsters are more your speed, mark your calendar for May 19; over 35 vintage Bentleys (and their owners!) are touring Ohio and will drop by Lehman’s for a visit from 10 am to 11 am.
Fifth Annual Dutch Oven Gathering: Saturday, May 26, 2012Â Â Â 10 am-4 pm
It’s becoming a spring staple! The Dutch Oven Gathering on May 26 rounds out the May events calendar. Setup and food prep begin promptly at 10 am. In its fifth year, the Dutch Oven Gathering welcomes cast iron cooks of all experience and interest levels.
Although Dutch oven events often center on individual cooks, we’re opening the event to groups too: Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, community cooking groups, even historical re-enactors! Cooks: bring all needed supplies to cook a favorite dish or two right here on the grounds at Lehman’s, and enjoy a potluck with all participants afterward.
New to Dutch oven cooking? Come for the hands-on training classes, and then pop into the store to choose your own cookware, including Dutch ovens, lids, lifters, skillets and more.
We’ll be releasing our brand new cast-iron cookbook this weekend too! No matter how long you’ve been cooking with cast iron, you’re going to want to get your hands on these customer-submitted recipes.
